Can I suggest Android games?

Only if the game is open-source. so-loader (tailored HLE) port suggestions are handled on https://android.rinnegatamante.it/.

Can I suggest GameMaker games?

GameMaker games can be ran via YoYoLoader, except for PC/Console YYC builds. To "port" (run) those, you will need source access to eventually still run them via YoYoLoader.
