This is a GL ES to OpenGL translation library. It translates OpenGL 2.1/1.5 to GL ES 2.0/1.1, and it is available for many ARM based platforms. This could be useful for porting OpenGL software to the Vita, allowing more Homebrew that previously couldn't be on the Vita.
